Service Description
Yin is a slow and deeply nourishing style of yoga. Passive poses are specifically designed to target connective tissue (fascia, joints, ligaments); and held for around 3 minutes. You will relieve tensions, release muscle stiffness and increase mindful connection with your physical body and mental wellbeing. Yoga Nidra - Yogic Sleep. This is a guided, restorative meditation practice that relaxes the body into the state of consciousness between waking and sleep. You will deeply relax as you are led in meditation. You do not have to do anything or have any experience - you simply have to be. Suitable for all levels.
