Service Description

Each yoga class is energetically tailored to the students needs on the day. You can enjoy all aspects of yoga, as we infuse the depths of Yogic philosophy with physical asana practice. Spiritual awareness and self exploration intertwine, allowing each participant a deeper discovery dive within. You will feel relaxed and welcomed into the studio. We have the kindest, most open hearted and friendly people attend - you are so welcome. Classes are accessible to all levels.
